PreviousFinally found a doctor that i love and i feel will help me. The only complaint is there is no one to reach out to after hours when a medication refill is needed. I have a medication waiting at the pharmacy for approval and the pharmacy has sent it 2 times and it still is not approved. I need this medication and i cannot get it.

Making appointments and getting scheduled is painless, they seem to know what they're doing and operate accordingly. In response to some of the other feedback: They're a business at the end of the day and an incredibly busy one, so yes, you *are* expected to pay your co-pays and make it to your appointments. Like any form of psychiatric help, it is on the patient (or their guardian...) to take responsibility for their well-being. They can't help people who don't want to prioritize their care. The staff are communicative and my doctor there seemed to know the right direction to go with me right away. I have noticed an almost immediate improvement in my life. This is not typical for me, and may not be for you; That said, it gives me hope that sticking with this long term will actually make a difference. I have not been able to say that for a lot of outfits like this.

I've been going to a suboxone dr for over 6 years. Dr peter rao. He had to drop a third of his patients due to a 2nd job. I was left with no where to go. I tried schelding an apoinment as a first time patient with Kaitlin hiddle. But unfortunately due to covid-19 she doesn't have a return date now. So I have to find somewhere else in the meanwhile. I may not be a patient here. But I have spoke to several different people here about my situation several times over the past 2 months. and the whole staff is friendly. They even tried to call my old place that dropped me to give me a few more refills till I could find a place to go to until dr Kaitlin hiddle comes back. From my experience of talking to them on the phone like 12 times and me taking up a lot of their time. They really seem to care a lot about people. They listen to everything you have to say. Honestly probably annoyed them with all my calls. Lol. Hannah was one of the people that really tried helping my situation. In the meantime im still trying to find a place to go too.

Dr. Gus exudes warmth and friendliness to his patients, and is extremely down to earth despite being one at the top of his field. So glad we found him!
