Dr. David Wakefield

Psychologist and Marriage & Family Therapist

Dr. Wakefield is a licensed psychologist and a licensed marital and family therapist. His focus is individual counseling, marital therapy and men who don’t want to attend counseling. He has significant experience with diverse ages and populations with a large variety of life challenges. He guides people towards growth and developing skills to navigate life’s challenges. 

His goals are: Treating the whole person; body, mind and spirit; motivating people to make better decisions and live with fewer regrets; developing emotional resilience and social intelligence; moving from survival, to coping skills to thriving; tailoring sessions to meet the needs of each person.

David is married and has three adult children and six grandchildren. He enjoys having fun, hunting, fishing, football, skiing, soccer, cycling and traveling with his wife and family.
