Jesse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained his MSW and initial LCSW in Los Angeles California. Jesse’s work in Oklahoma and California has given him experience conducting therapy with foster children, youth and adults experiencing homelessness, substance abuse issues, blended families, severe mental health issues, members of the LGBTQA+ community, couples, and other populations. Regardless of backgrounds or individualities, Jesse’s goal is to assist families and individuals live a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
Jesse uses motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy within a client centered approach to assist in helping clients meet their goals. He uses empathy and reflective listening to help clients identify mental health symptoms, behavioral regularities, core beliefs, and self-sabotaging behaviors, as well as any other positive or negative influences to assist clients in identifying what changes they would like to make and how they would like to work towards though changes. Jesse enjoys giving clients a safe place to speak about life issues and assisting people in finding the answers or resolutions that they seek.
