Brooke is a DONA trained birth doula, with an eager heart to serve expectant mothers. As a wife, mother of one, and Speech Pathologist, Brooke was led to become a birth doula after discovering her passion for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum life after bringing her daughter into the world. She is committed to ensuring that women and their support person are educated in what their options are for labor and delivery, how to prepare for their ideal birth experience, how to cope and adapt when the plan changes, and how to reflect joyfully on their birth experience.
Brooke provides prenatal visits, support throughout the pregnancy via phone or text, labor and delivery support from early labor until the initial feeding is established, and a postpartum visit to check in on Mom, baby, and the family. Whether you’re delivering in a hospital, birthing center, or your home, medicated or unmedicated, peace and confidence throughout the process is her top priority for her clients. Brooke will be continuing her education this fall to include advanced rebozo training and hip closure, and plans to extend her training to include postpartum doula care. Childbirth is an extraordinary, spiritual, and empowering experience for women, and Brooke feels honored to partner with new and experienced mothers and their loved ones as they welcome their babies.
