Natalia is a DONA trained birth doula who began her professional doula education and assistance in 2015, after she had an empowering birth where she learned how profound and intriguing the birth experience can be. She also realized how few people, like herself, are taught about maternal health before pregnancy. That life-changing experience, along with her professional birth education, blossomed into her passion for perinatal education and for supporting women through their transition into motherhood. Her main goal is to make mothers feel that they are loved and understood through their journey. She carries this out by connecting and listening to families and mothers to best know how to use her knowledge and experience to achieve their goals.
Natalia wants to be the calm, steady, and judgment-free support for women and families through their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She supports all types of births: medicated, unmedicated, cesarean, vaginal, multiples, adoption, vbacs, etc. She especially loves following up with clients for support with breastfeeding and the emotional transition.
